While negotiating on the rate, the female broker I was dealing with kept wanting to go down lower in the rate. The first time she went down $100 on the rate, and I told them I would book it, since it’s only a $100 difference from what I was asking. After accepting that rate for $100 less than what I originally was asking for, she put me on hold, came back on the phone, and said her boss wanted to be another $100 lower on the rate.
