Seen Dr.Koen for my IUD check when I called the front staff was a bit blunt but seeing the reviews they were just doing their job and got an appointment the next day after I called. When I went in I went 20 mins early and front desk was super nice and I got my appointment early as well. The nurse was kind and really sweet. I highly reccomend Dr.Koen as I was worried about my IUD and was given options but was checked out and everything was perfectly normal! Worst experience today with Dr Khhatar. Waited 9 months to see her only to be treated with such disrespect. She made me feel like all my menopause symptoms were just part of old age. She definitely needs more training and updated on estrogen and why it is so important for women. She had nothing positive to say nor did she have any options for me. Don't waste any time going to this clinic. Find a Dr that cares and will do everything to help.

First time coming here. We live out of town (over an hour drive) and despite the heavy unexpected snowfall and unplowed roads, we made the trip. My wife called ahead to alert the clinic that the weather was slowing us down. When we arrived, we were 14 minutes late based on our phones, and 17 minutes according to them.
