I was tired of waiting for my doctor’s referral to an OB to call me as I had waited months. I decided to take matters into my own hands and gave synergy women’s wellness centre a call. They got me in the NEXT DAY! The nurses were so friendly, knowledgeable, and comforting. This company has the WORST secretary staff ever. Hanging up on people who are in pain instead of trying to help, from a service you provided. I spoke to Dr McEwan previously about my experiences with reception and she apologized and seemed shocked. Fake sympathy because if the Drs or owners cared there would be change by now. The reviews for this place speak for themselves
Yes, there is a parking fee, but it’s only $2, and the receipt doesn’t need to be displayed on your dash which is a whole other hassle. The ladies at the front are direct - perhaps not the warmest in personalities but they’re quick with their tasks. The nurses who guide you in are very sweet and super patient. They don’t rush you and they answer your questions with thoughtfulness. Dr. Chow is absolutely amazing. She is calm, collected, bubbly, funny, and very attentive. I am giving a 1 star to this clinic as that is the lowest but I would give this clinic 0 stars. I am a full time student, I work only weekends, I had called this clinic a couple weeks ago to book an appointment with Dr. Mcowen when I called I was informed that I had missed an appointment with her and in order to rebook there was a $55 fee. This fee needed to be paid in order to re book with any of the doctors or other services there.
