Very happy with my appointment. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Dr. Chow was extremely kind and comforting throughout my appointment. Would recommend :D
Dr. McKoen is the first Dr. I have had in a long time that actually listens and gives space for her patients. Her bubbly personality and laugh bring a smile to your face. She does her best to help when and where she can. She is always on time, never makes you feel rushed and she follows up with results or any important information. She is AMAZING. The front end staff/reception have always been very kind and helpful in person or on the phone. The nurses are very kind.
1/5 Stars I had a terrible experience at this location for my ultrasound. I followed all instructions to arrive with a full bladder, but the clinic ran nearly 30 minutes past my appointment time without any communication or update. Holding a full bladder for that long is incredibly painful and uncomfortable. The lack of respect for patient comfort and time is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.
