Start to finish, the staff was lovely to work with. Sales, installers, and project managers were all wonderful. We got four quotes on windows and we are so glad that we went with Synergy. We purchased 20 triple pane windows for what we felt was a good price. They were great with communication regarding pricing, ordering, and installation timeline. Had our new windows installed yesterday. The install team was great and very accommodating. They put up new shutters we had ready and took the old ones away. They also came back in as they were packing up to fix a spot when my son set down his hat in the windowsill and smeared caulk.
We were looking for new windows to replace our 40 year old windows in our house. Josh from the sales team came over and did a full product review in home and did an amazing job and spent lots of time explaining things and answering our questions.
