Everyone is very friendly! The exercises are simple, but effective. I always leave feeling stronger and excited to go back for another session!
I joined the synergy gym December of 2024 . My membership was for twice a week , but two months ago I signed up for three times . The difference is like night and day as far as energy , mobility , and feeling good about myself ! The team at synergy is very supportive, caring , and their knowledge of my training sessions gives me great confidence in their ability to strengthen me and to a better healthier lifestyle .
I had a total knee replacement 5 years ago and it was a struggle for me to recover. I had to stop Synergy for awhile and when I returned I did upper body only. The trainers convinced me to do lower body ASAP, so I did. It was painful and difficult but with their guidance, I slowly gained back my strength and range of motion. Absolutely amazing gym. The staff meet you where you are in your fitness journey and guide you to exceed your goals. Scott has done amazing working around prior injuries and gotten me to excel beyond what I thought I can do. Beyond that, the staff treat you and genuinely take you in like family.
