Synergy makes working out fun; the only thing missing that would add to the fun for me is a rebounder trampoline. If money were never a concern, I'd absolutely buy the unlimited membership and be here daily to supplement my running
I never worked out in my life. I saw they were having a chance to win a year membership. I did not win but was offered a free week I went for three sessions and decided to sign up. I like how they have trainers that helps you work out I would have no idea what to do if it was not for the trainers, I feel very comfortable there. I enjoy working out even though I am 60 years old and never went to any gym before, Thank you for offering the free sessions, I probably would of never started with out the free sessions.
I joined Synergy back in March when I was six weeks postpartum and to say I was nervous would be an understatement. However, those nerves quickly went away after my first session. The staff genuinely care about YOU and tailor each workout session to meet your specific needs and desired goals. The coaches know my capabilities, and when to push me, and the atmosphere is supportive and fun. I never thought I would enjoy strength training and fitness so much. The Synergy community is unmatched!!

I became aware of Synergy through a free trial that was offered to me through my job. I really didn't know what to expect and honestly had no high hopes for what thought I would encounter while there. However, after my very first visit, I knew I was onto something good.
