I’ve been training here for over three years and it’s the best gym I’ve ever used. Knowledgeable and friendly coaches, impeccable facilities, and a very welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!!
Fun and great coach’s and amazing workouts
Excellent one on one coaching along with an individual program for a near 70 yr old with bad knees. Huge difference in knees, balance and posture.
Great place to train and awesome team. Helped me tremendously pre and post surgery and continue to train at Synergy.
I've been a Synergy member since 2023. The unique combination of coaching and flexibility has kept me consistent. Chris has gathered a wonderful group of coaches and created a community environment welcoming to all ages. I love being able to show up on my own schedule but still supported by staff if I need help or encouragement .
