Synergy Title was the single worst part of my first homebuying experience. They blew my scheduled and rescheduled closing dates nearly a half dozen times. They were sloppy, disorganized, and unprepared. Their title work was rushed and riddled with errors. My transaction was nearly a disaster, and Synergy was the reason.
