Let me say first. We had a serious concern on a title, and the fault falls on me. The issue that I have with this company is. Their communication, and response time stinks. The lack of communication and response is why the closing on our property fell through. They drug their feet on the Title search, and just simply not doing their job. We were supposed to close on a Thursday, and the day before at 4:30 pm I get a call saying the closing could not happen because of issues with the title.
