WATCH OUT FOR HIDDEN DIAGNOSIS FEE. They did not tell me on the phone when I set the appointment that there would be a "diagnosis" (aka estimate) fee of $109. The only reason they're not getting one star is because I appreciate that the were able to set us an appointment within 24 hours of my submitting an appointment request via their online portal.
