I went for one Infrared Strength class a week ago and went in to ask a couple questions this morning. I thought all my interactions were copacetic both times. I was never given reason to feel otherwise. Two hours later I receive a call from my local PD, informing me I am no longer allowed on Synergy property under threat of trespassing. Synergy is the BEST. The staff are incredibly welcoming and take time to connect with their clients.
We were in town for family reasons and decided to try a class — so glad we did! Katie went above and beyond to welcome us into her space, and the energy of the studio was amazing. We took the 45-minute Hot Strength class, and it was incredible — challenging, sweaty, and exactly what we needed. It's a workout we're still talking about! Can’t wait to come back next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!
