Ordered granite countertops..They came and measured..Picked up the countertops..They had measured wrong...Waited another week for the new piece...When we picked it up.They had polished the wrong side..so had to wait on that..Got it home.It was the wrong color...So we had to wait another week for a new piece...Customer service was the worst..Will not recommend to anyone.
I had granite counter tops put in several years back with no problems by another company before Synergy Stone was in Tuscaloosa that company went out of business and I had to replace the garbage disposal under my sink in the kitchen and when I took it down the whole under counter sink came down with it. MIGHT I ADD ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND. Thankfully one call was made the next day July 3rd 2017 and the repair guy came out THAT DAY and fixed the problem.
I have used Jordan Dean and Synergy Stone to do granite/quartz on 5 different and they properties and have always exceeded expectations.
