I started working with Karen this past off-season and she has kept my body feeling great! I highly recommend for any baseball players or any athletes in general. She has kept my body feeling stable and any kinks have been knocked out. Her expertise in PRI cannot be matched!
Karen is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable on how your body is supposed to properly move. Every session is a great experience and the result of my body feeling better and moving better is there every time.
