I was very impressed with the simple step-by-step instructions and demonstration Jen did for me. She also sent directions home with me reiterating what she showed me with the demonstration, which helped immensely. This was my first time with the CPAP machine and it was all foreign to me. There were many different types of headpieces and she talked me through each one of them as I tried them on and I found what works best for me.
