I used to recommend them. But I too got scammed eventually. They've now allegedly filed for bankruptcy. Shame.

Scam do not buy !! This is a horrible company after buying the brand new machine I got delivered on my house broken they didn’t wanna take it back anymore so I spent $5000 almost $6000 and I have a broken machine I’ll be dealing with this company for over a year about the same issue this is a scam.

This has to be one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with! I ordered the Echo Go+ from them. They sent me a completely defective product! It didn't work at all straight out of the box. I contacted them about the issue, and they had the audacity to tell me they don't take back products once they have been opened. So there was no way I could get a refund, even though they sent me a defective product -- and the only way I could find that out is by opening it. They sure have quite the scam going. Bought two echo Go hydrogen water bottles for $250.00 each one of the two came defective synergy science had me send multiple videos to prove the water bottle was in fact defective (which I did not mind) but they could not come to a conclusion after going back and forth for the course of over a month being told they we’re running a technical analysis on the issue (mind you it’s a water bottle) that clearly was not working being passed to multiple different departments and thanking me for my patience but never having a soluti... read more
