Glenn Mesick was amazing! We had a commercial water heater that needed specific, hard to find parts to fix an issue. He went above and beyond to acquire those parts in a very short timespan and ALSO drove over an hour to deliver them to us. Would give 10 stars if possible.
Synergy sales was beyond helpful when we needed a part for our water heater. The week before Christmas, with a bunch of family heading to our house to stay for a week, our water heater needed a new part. Long story short, in desperation we reached out to Synergy who worked hard on our behalf to get us the needed part ASAP. Their customer service was incredible, and I cannot recommend them enough!
