Company doesn't take the time to understand your business. They're just churning through implementations and billing for the cleanup.
Best company ever for anything ERP related. They have so much knowledge
We have worked with WM Synergy for years. They have been great to work with, especially with our decision and now implementation of a new ERP solution. We would recommend WM Synergy for any and all ERP needs.
My relationship with WM-Synergy team spans many years. They go beyond ERP and challenge us to think differently, focus on our process and continue to improve every day. I have not found another partner that is more knowledgeable, or customer focused, than WM-Synergy. It’s always a pleasure working with them.
WM-Synergy has always come through for me, the company I work for and the Ohio-Indiana-Northern Kentucky Visual Users Group which I help run. No matter if it is a suggestion to fix a problem that I am having (with Visual), a connection to their partners for additional software or presentations for our user group, they are there and willing to help with knowledge and encouragement.
