I’ve been visiting this location for many years, it’s always a positive experience. The staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The RMT’s and Physiotherapist’s I’ve had are great, very knowledgeable and supportive of your recovery journey.
My experience with Vidhi at Synergy has been amazing. Her treatment plan has helped me recover from my injuries, and she truly goes out of her way to make sure her clients are taken care of. Highly recommend booking with her!
Very bad after my treatment. They dnt even care about you when you finish your icbc physiotherapy session. I called them and tell them to email icbc regarding my extension of session and for my belt approval. They always lie we email them alredy but Icbc they never the email from them. I called front desk to pass my message to my physiotherapy but she never call me back. I told them so many times regarding my belt but they dnt care about clients.
