I had booked a massage hoping for a relaxing experience. Initially, I was told by the receptionist that only a 30-minute slot was available, so I went with that. However, later I was able to extend it to 45 minutes. Unfortunately, it seems this update was never communicated to the masseuse, as she ended the session right at 30 minutes.
