Place was a tad cold. Therapist was being relaxed and did not rush. Will visit again ☺️

I had an incredible experience with my first massage therapy. I hadn't had the opportunity to have one before, but because my back was sore from stress, I decided to attend therapy with Dale, she has amazing hands, and the background music relaxed me even more! I came home feeling light, pain-free, and eager to continue with my mom routine. I felt very comfortable from the moment I arrived; even the person at the counter was super friendly. This will definitely be the first of many!
I had a longtime pain in my wrist. I was very much relieved by RMT individual, Christopher Rondpre, he found out the root-cause of pain in first session and I felt very much relieved after that session. After my 3rd session, I felt no pain in my wrist and trap area.. I highly recommend Christopher, he knows what he is doing and a great guy go chat too. :)
