Great overall experience
I had my appointment with Kiran today, and it was great.She was very calm and listened to my concerns with great patience. She understood everything thoroughly and even incorporated my suggestions into the session. Throughout the appointment, she made sure I felt relaxed, which made the experience truly positive.
I’ve been going to Synergy Rehab for a while and honestly, I’m disappointed. Last time they promised improvements, but my appointments are still disorganized and the therapists don’t pay attention to my concerns. It feels like they just want to get you in and out. After so many visits with no real results, I can’t recommend this place
The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I came in with severe lower back pain that left me barely able to walk, and thanks to Ruby, I’m already feeling so much better after just a couple of sessions! She explained everything clearly, took her time with my treatment, and truly cares about her patients. She’s the best!
