I had a great experience at this clinic from start to finish. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made the whole process easy. I came in with ongoing back and shoulder pain, and both the physiotherapist and RMT took the time to understand what was causing the issue rather than just treating the symptoms. Victor really listened to my needs ( my first time with him) and accommodated my weirdness and was so sweet. Victor explained things to me in simple terms and was very patient, these people are incredible !!Jas was absolutely amazing and made the bookings smooth sailing.
