I had services performed 12/13/23 and pay my copay of $110.61. now am getting a bill for $1278.00 because the doctor that reads the results was out of network, that is not my fault if i went to a place with in the network. i tried to call several times no body seems to be able to help and want to give discount of 20%. this is not acceptable and will definitely report that abuse.

I could give them -1 star I’ll right a way. This billing company is the most painful one I've ever had to work with. I am continually being billed for an amount tha 557$. By the way when I called the radiology department they told that my insurance will not cover the Procedure , So I asked them how much it will be if I wanna pay out of pocket, they Response back 140$. I received scans from radiologists after an accident. The hospital that made the mistake of associating with this horrendous company should strongly reconsider their associations. These scam artists didn't seem to do anything except bill me repeatedly, which I diligently paid in full through their automated systems, which used entirely different websites each time, seemingly to make recordkeeping even more difficult. but the final straw came today when I get a bill for ALL those other bills that they apparently never got, ev... read more
