Had my MRI scan done today in here, the experience has been very pleasant, granted the queues were unexpectedly long, hence my procedure was delayed a bit, but they were very professional and communicative, and work as a very efficient and effective team, I couldn’t be happier with the support and the overall experience.
Easy parking
I would highly recommend Synergy Radiology Bella Vista . Very professional staff to take care of your needs. Valentina Saksena was very polite & helpful not just to me , noticed she took care of all clients in the waiting reception very efficiently.
Very easy booking The staff was very helpful and friendly She gave detailed pre scan instructions
Called few times for reports as I couldn’t access with the SMS link. Waited more than 30 mins always but no one answered call. I don’t think they are super busy at 8:30 am which make me wait for more than 30 mins. Finally I have to hang up without any communication. I live 20 km far so now have to waste more than 1 hr to get report due to traffic and parking issues at this Bella Vista location.
