My husband went through hell with this company still dealing with them, after many months still the leg doesn’t fit & appointment gets delays after delays & when they come & do adjustment still no good but they don’t care to come soon enough & take care of it. Don’t know where the company are in the Bay Area which is working for us but was referred through a rehab my husband was staying many months ago, they are just don’t care what so ever !
I received an EOB from my insurance for Synergy for Dueable Medical Equipment for $4250.00. Can't get anyone to answer any phone number we call. That's a lot of money for someone to stress about with no answers!!!
They have no one on staff that actually knows how to fit diabetic shoes. My father picked his shoes up and they are so small. I took him to another company to find out. He tried on the new shoes and the difference was immediate. I cannot believe that Valley podiatry sent my dad to a place that does not know what they are doing.

This company used to be Norell Prosthetics Orthodontics and FRAUDULENTLY billed my insurance for $10k. I've never seen them I'm pregnant and have no need for prosthetics!!! I'm highly upset and now have to file an appeal through the insurance to make sure I have coverage to deliver my baby which is close to $10k!!! These people are obviously a scam if they are showing up as closed here! Won't answer phones or anything!
