Hire these people if you want them to scam your insurance company. They force you get a lawyer, and fight for over-charges in court for them with a risk of you losing the case , and then paying all attorney fees if you lose, while they risk nothing. Don`t mind that a 3 month restoration job turns into 12 months--- with very little communication.
Still, Do not allow Synergy Property Restoration into your home! My husband and I were unfortunately referred to this shady company when we had water damage in our St Petersburg home, what a nightmare! They wanted us to make fraudulent statements to our insurance company! They said the insurance companies deserve to be ripped off! We refused to do a fraudulent claim and then we caught Synergy trying to forge signatures on paperwork. They began bullying us! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The demolition and restoration project they started for us was in Nov 2022 and then completed in March 2024. As of today, they still will not have accepted any final settlements from our home owner insurance company. I have had several email conversations back and forth with our attorney (that was referred by Synergy) and Synergy’s President, Cody Vogt with no acceptable outcomes for over the last year. This will be my third job with Synergy. They were very nice, professional, and accommodating. I’ve got two more jobs for them, I can’t wait to see the finished product! This company truly stands out above the others. I found Synergy by word-of-mouth, and I would recommend them to anyone.
