I purchased a home listed by this company. There were so many things incorrect about our property in the listing. It is very clear that they are money hungry, don’t care about buyers and will post any and all lies they can think of to make a buck. I highly recommend you NOT use Jared Davies of Synergy Properties as your realtor. Selling my home and buying a new home with Jared Davies as my realtor was the WORST experience I have ever had. He showed me lots of houses, but acted like I should have picked one of the first few houses I looked at. He didn't seem to care about the items I told him I wanted in a new house, so my new house does not meet any of the options I wanted. Was in the market to buy a property in the Washington state area until I saw their agent Bo Naccarato just being a straight up racist on Instagram. I couldn’t do business with a company who would have someone like that associated with their brand.
Very unprofessional. After seller accepted our offer, they contacted us to say that several things that were included in the original listing now were not. This happened repeatedly. Continually very slow to respond to attempts to contact. Closing date was moved twice by them. Then they told us 3 DAYS before closing that the seller was not moving out until the actual closing day! Seller was out 1/2 hour before closing and the house was left unclean, again in violation of the contract. AVOID!
