Be aware. We used this company for a move-out cleaning. At first glance, the house looked clean. However, when we started looking at the details, there were several issues with their cleaning work. When I contacted the company, Crystal said she would redo the cleaning for an additional $85 because they needed deep cleaning tools, to which I reluctantly agreed. However, she never returned my call or email to schedule an appointment after that. Be sure to check their work thoroughly before making your payment.
We’ve been using Synergy Pro Cleaning since July 2023 and they are amazing…The owner, Crystal has great customer service and very flexible with my schedule! I request Nelda as my cleaning lady and she’s very thorough cleaning my home, personable, and she gets the job done! I definitely recommend this cleaning company…I am a very happy customer :0)
