Whole experience was perfect. Excellent customer service from Elizabeth as an initial contact and then Ross the electrician was extremely competent, thorough, informative, pleasant, courteous and professional! Got my solar system up and running efficiently and solved a number of issues I had with it. Went above and beyond...100% recommend.
Increasingly Solar Energy companies disappear soon after completion of installations. This was my experience and an obvious concern was getting another company to help with issues going forward. I have SolarEdge equipment and they recommended Synergy, who have upgraded my equipment and offer a presence and communication response I can rely on.

Ross from Synergy Power Ltd installed our Tesla Powerwall2 battery & Gateway in April 2024 this year. The whole process was efficient & knowledgeable. From initial quote, to site survey, to install & to a small aftercare query nothing was too much trouble for the office staff. Following a recommendation from my son I contacted Synergy Power and arranged a meeting with Kukie. He talked me through the options and I ageed on a 16 panel array built into the roof with SolarEdge inverter, battery and hot water conteroller. During the installation the entire roof was re-tiled and the panels set into the tiling. From signing the contract to receiving the SEG DNO was 12 weeks.
