RecommendedTook the virtual happy hour pilates class the other day with Allegra -- it was amazing!! Was a little hesitant at first with online classes - but she was so clear about how to perform all the exercises, and was a great coach throughout the class. Definitely felt the burn!
I'm loving the monthly membership and the ability to come in for classes daily. I'm definitely noticing a difference in my body - stronger and more toned! Everyone who works here is concerned with any issues I have being it a hip or a knee and they pay attention to help fine tune the movements to avoid any injury. I'm so happy my Physical Therapist recommended Synergy Plus! It has really helped me. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is interested in aging gracefully and a healthy lifestyle.
