This is probably the most professional, caring, courteous group of women I have ever experienced in healthcare. They exceeded both my and my physician's expectations for the treatment of rotator cuff surgery recovery. If you have any needs as far as shoulder, knee, hip, back etc these people really know how to treat you, and treat you well. Their personalities are just absolutely engaging. I cannot recommend them enough.
Synergy Physical Therapy is the best place to recieve comprehensive personalized physical therapy. I previously tried PT at a large health system in the greater Cleveland Area and had a disappointing experience and stopped therapy due to a bad experience. All of the staff members at Synergy are well educated and caring and do not make your feel as if you are just another number on their schedule. Wonderful group of physical therapists! Highly recommend!
I have loved being a client at Synergy Berea for several years but I won’t be back. I went there for pre op conditioning before my knee replacement. As always the staff was attentive and knowledgeable. After my surgery on 4/3/25 , I had in home PT and then was sent to Lifeworks for after care. I agreed to this because the Southwest Hospital service van picked me up and dropped me off as I couldn’t drive. I then get a bill from Synergy for $140 ! Unreasonable. I always paid my co-pay.
