RecommendedAbout 6 years ago, my primary doctor referred me to Synergy Physical Therapy after I broke my back. Paul & his assistant are very knowledgeable! He creates a thereuptic exercise program that fits your personal needs. Through my time as a client, I learned many exercises and stretches that I continue to do today. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a physical therapist for any reason to Synergy Physical Therapy.

I had a couple of shoulder surgery and had therapy with Paul who provided me with excellent therapy resulting in full recovery. He is very good at his job and I would recommend him to anyone. I am grateful for his help in my recovery.
I've never been able to stump Paul with a question. He and Kristy have always impressed me.
I was in terrible pain for months from a lower back sprain. After seeing Paul, my pain was almost completely gone after just a few days. Now weeks later I just continue my stretches and strength building as he taught me. Although my back still needs to finish healing, I feel great. I'm so grateful.
Paul Holmquist is a excellent physical therapist. He's very knowledgeable, experienced, straight forward and kind. You are in good hands when you see him. Christy is great as well! She's very helpful and knows what she's doing. No hassles when making appointments and they offer flexible appointment times. Highly recommend Synergy Physical Therapy!
