I was excited to establish at Synergy Pharmacy upon moving to town recently. The website touts that they pride themselves on customer-centric service, carry a wide range of Rx drugs, and can quickly access most drugs if they don't already have them in stock. What a disappointment to learn that, after my physician called in a VERY common prescription, they couldn't fill it. EVER. I been really happy with this pharmacy until today. I submitted a refill request over two weeks ago with no updates from them. I reached out today and they said to call. They could have been proactive by notifying me if there was an issue. Now I’m out of meds and they’ve put me in a bad spot.
