Great inclusive gym. I love that you don't have to wear shoes if you don't want to! So many amazing classes at different times of the day and friendly staff. Great location for me and a coffee shop downstairs

I love going to Synergy! The personal attention and small classes makes it so worth my while.
This is hands down THE BEST gym I have ever been to. It is friendly, inviting, clean, it has natural light and loads of equipment and a wide array of classes. I regularly attend the classes on offer and have found all the instructors to be very knowledgable, engaging and helpful. There's also a cafe downstairs which is a great place to catch up with friends. Love this place. I actually feel motivated to go there.
