I feel like I would be doing a disservice to the community if I didn't leave a review. Under no circumstances would I ever use them again or recommend them to anyone. I don't even want to get into all of the mistakes and lies we had to go thru with Sam and his crew. Look, if you want to use Synergy just ask to talk with the some of the recent (last 3yrs) home owners and get some feedback from them directly. Do your self a GIANT favor and RUN from this guy.

BAWARE!!!!We had trouble all along the way, waiting FOREVER for them to come back & finish what they started, took us 8 months to get window screens, etc BUT the worst was after we signed off for VA & they were paid, they never came back to finish up. They left a lot of construction mess that I had to rent a dumpster & clean up myself (I’m a 70 yr old woman With a disabled husband).
