Synergy Painting is a stand-up company. They painted the apt complex I live in. The team was very understanding and tried to make sure they didn’t block my parking spot since it was where they were working at. They would make sure to cover the residence cars even though our apts asked us to move them. Due to a incident with porta potty that was left on the property and some damages happing, Matt the owner step right up and took care of me. Have no respect for other people's belongings! Breaking and spraying paint on things and not alerting the owner.
BUYER BE WARNED! The painters do not care about anything but painting your building, at the expense of everything around it. One resident experienced paint being sprayed over her fruit-bearing plants, ruining them for consumption. The company refused to pay for the damages. Trash was left everywhere (cans, food wrappers). Another resident reported the workers throwing broken glass into walkways. Either the building should have no one even close, or your property will be disrespected.
