Renee, the person who is answers the phones needs a raise!! its so hard to get good customer service these days she went above and beyond for one of our patients and ensured he got crutches ASAP
I spoke with the office first who couldn't squeeze me in same day, which is understandable. Got me in contact with their Rep Rachel, who was able to get me a brace the next day. Prior to getting set up with Synergy Orthopedics, I went to another medical supply pharmacy was told that the brace would be in within 5 days. Now their time frame changed to "unknown". Rachel is absolutely the sweetest and the most accommodating. Very friendly employees, the process was a breeze. Highly recommend this company.
