1st time was no problems . But after a second time of dealing with them it was a totally different story , Synergy wanted me to submit the ICD 9 codes to insurance I have no idea what the coding is . They have an issue with communication with the patient and their insurance company . Claudia at Synergy is very rude and dismissive to the patient , and while the rep is personable they will delay your answers to your questions . 1st delay was they needed an verification of medical necessity , to which the DR promptly , properly... read more

I visited a doctor and he recommended that I have a knee brace. I know now that it was a Synergy salesmen that was ushered into the examination room. An off- the-shelf knee brace was taken out of a box. I was asked to sign some paperwork that I did not read ( my mistake). Four months later, I received a bill for $30 because my insurance company paid Synergy Orthopedics ONLY the first $600 billed.
