I went to the Cherry Hill office, only to be greeted by a woman who was clearly annoyed a patient had come in. During our entire interaction, she was extremely unpleasant, arrogant, and unhelpful. The website was exceedingly misleading. It promised a professional, friendly place where I could get crutches and a brace for my recently broken ankle. Instead, I was condescended to by a terrible woman. Everything about this was disappointing.
I recently got a brace for foot drop.My orthotic specialist was Bruce Goodman. He was very professional, an expert in his field and easy to work with. He was always on time for for appointments. He never expressed any impatience fitting my brace.
