Leslie and John and Jamie and Renee and the rest of the team were all very helpful in making sure that we received our prescribed equipment ASAP; great to finally have a trusted orthopedist and supplier this close to home
I was provided with a brace from this company when I went to the urgent care for an injury. They charged my insurance company $304 for a brace that I could buy myself online for $29. Literally the SAME brace. Now, they won't stop sending me a bill for my responsibility ($179!!) even though I have paid online. When I try to call and talk to a person, no one answers the phone.
Great customer service. Breanna and Max made sure I got my back brace before my surgery. Even going as far as opening the office when it was a day the office was closed, to get fitted and receive my brace. It was never an “if we can do it” but we will do it. Bravo!
