I can’t say enough good things about Synergy Medispa! The spa itself is very clean and has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the staff. I recently had the Signature Facial here (around $160), and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the experience. I expected blackhead extraction as part of the treatment, but most of my blackheads were still there afterward, and my skin showed little to no improvement. Steam was not used at all, which I believe is important for effective extractions. The cold bulbs were only brought in after I specifically asked. Tracy is amazing & extremely knowledgeable about her treatments & products. I had a facial peel with Tracy & my skin felt so soft & rejuvenated afterwards, I am so happy with the results. I also purchased the Biophora products which I have been using for 3 days now & love how my skin looks & feels.
