I received two sessions of tattoo removal from Barb and both times the service was great! One tattoo was a small hand poked one but the other was professionally done and about 3" by 1". I was worried that a session for my larger tattoo would exceed $300 but I was very happy that it did not! I also requested a "patch" which allowed for about 3 passes during one session and was only $100 extra. I will for sure be coming back!
I had an appointment with Barb that I was running late for. I called to let them know I was 15 or so minutes behind and they said that was fine. I showed up 20 minutes late (which is late — I know) but I did call, and raced there after my meeting as fast as I could. When I got there, the door was locked. Eventually someone came to the door and told me Barb had to leave for the day. I understand having to leave — but no one called me. Super unprofessional! I will take my business elsewhere.
Hands down best facial in Bozeman! Marnie is a true professional, and such a warm, smart aesthetician. She is very knowledgeable about skin health. She speaks kindly with you about your skin, and gives you sage advise about how to work with the skin you have. I am very grateful for her, and so is my skin!
I love this place! I will never go anywhere else. The staff is like family now. I look forward to seeing them. They're always kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Barb is an amazing injector! She is so knowledgeable and helpful. She always walks me through my decisions so I make the best one. Marney is an absolute angel. She makes me feel so comfortable when we're working together.
