Always understaffed. The TV or online might quote it’s a 90 minute wait but then they’ll quote you over three hours when talking to the receptionist. They don’t use save my place correctly. Poorly trained staff.
I found my experience with Dr. Andreiuk to be highly disappointing. Every appointment felt like starting from scratch, with no apparent review of my tests she sent me for or the medications she put me on or a cohesive care plan in place. While she refers to her approach as 'joint decision-making,' it felt more like a lack of medical guidance; she frequently asked me what I wanted to do rather than providing professional recommendations. I have been a patient here since I was a kid, my family doctor is always kind and funny but always takes my concerns seriously! He has helped me and family so much and I am so thankful. He is definetly one of the most knowledgeable and kindest doctors I have ever met! The receptionists have always been kind and understanding and always SUPER helpful whenever I call! The nurses here are kind and they work efficiently! So thankful to be part of this clinic!
Had several calls trying to book a nerve study and not once did they say the name of the clinic or clue in while viewing my file I live across the province. Found out day of the appointment from the confirmation text that included the address and clinic name that it was in Sherwood park and 6 hours away from me.
