We had an appointment on August 22, 2 days before we received a cancellation, and as an alternative we were given the opportunity to visit in two days. When we asked: do you at least understand that we waited for this visit for 2 months and accordingly we for the next one (in 2 days) have to make arrangements in advance (we both work) we heard: ok, then we can book you in another 2 months😂😂 It's 2025 outdoor!! Classic canadian service🤦🤦
Quit hanging up & disconnecting people!!!!The doctor has been my doctor for over 21 years. Never have had an issue with him . However, since he has joined this joke of a clinic , it’s been ridiculous. Hanging up on people is abuse. Google it. Your actions are extremely unacceptable. What an ignorant clinic . They interfere with a persons right to proper medical care. They all are extremely very rude & argumentative . Not to mention the cackling in the background. Refuse to listen to patients. It is July 3rd. I called this morning to book an appointment with my GP. The next available appointment to see him is on August 21. That’s practically two months away. Is that sense or nonsense? Disappointing.
