Chonda, Brenda, David, Tracey, and the rest of the staff here are very helpful and have been fantastically accommodating! I really feel cared for here. Leaving Birlew was hard for me, and I think I have found my new home in health care. Thank you Doctor!!!
I had my first appointment with Dr. Nandanoor today and have to say this was the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor, if you could call him that. He had no bedside manner whatsoever. He was cold and uncaring and refused to answer my questions when I asked him to tell me about his experience and how he likes to run his practice, he said i didn't need to know this. The front lead Brenda has been very helpful to my father making sure he’s on top off all his appointments and has all he needs even with medications. Thank you Synergy team. Also, Dr. Nandanoor is exceptionally. Makes sure my father is receiving the best care possible not like Kaiser was doing. I’m glad my family found his office. Glad to know there’s doctors still out here who still care for the practice of helping heal others and not just the insurance money!
Doctor Nandanoor and his staff are great. They are very patient and go the extra mile to help. Doctor Nandanoor is a great listener and also explains things to me in very easy understand way. He is patient and wants to make sure that my questions and concerns are addressed. His staff Chondra have helped me numerous times and she is also great.
