Kristy is amazing. After years and years of sitting in front of a computer all day, none of my muscles were doing what the were supposed to do. Kristy took me on as her "pet project" and has made an amazing difference in my life. I can move better, breathe better, and my stress level is much lower than it once was. My muscles don't ache all the time any more! I can't say enough good things about Kristy...go see her, or anyone at Synergy...you will be a regular, like I am!

I just had a great deep tissue massage here. Iyla has a good sense of intuition about working with sore bodies.
My husband had no idea I booked massages for both of us to celebrate our 13th wedding anniversary, he was surprised, and the deep tissue massage was exactly what he needed as he drives everyday selling coffee. Great experience and great staff!
