Don’t order from them if you actually want to receive what you paid for in a timely manner. Ordered their quick release fire extinguisher mount on 4/23/25, their website showed it was in stock. On 5/8/25 I called them to check on the order as I still had not received an email letting me know it had shipped, they assured me it would ship “that week”. 2013 f250. Bought The Synergy HD Steering Kit and Track Bar in November 2023. I've put less than 7000 miles on the Truck since I bought the kit. Every Ball Joint is so Bad that My Local Mechanics shop wasn't willing to try and do an alignment on my truck. Spoke To Dave and he was a total a hole about everything, I wasn't even trying to get the parts warrantied and he was still a Jerk. Don't buy anything from. This company, they are horrible.

I bought all the steering components for my 2014 f250. It looked like well built long lasting equipment. Literally 3 days before my 1 year from purchase I noticed that the lower ball joint boot was split on the passenger side. I called Synergy to inquire about their warranty. I spoke with a nice lady first who didn’t answer my question but, said “ we take care of our customers”. She then transferred me to Dave, who was anything but interested in my issue. Solid steering components, have been on the Jeep for about 10 years. Broke a few things last week and their support was absolutely top notch. New parts are in the mail and set to arrive tomorrow. Can't say enough good things about their support.
