Its always a hassle, whether ordering from them or their components through someone else. Save your time. Orders are always late, shipped late and forgotten about unless you call them. They. Are. Not. Worth. The. Headache. You order kits from them and they send it piece mail and forget components. Leave voicemails, emails etc and then no response for days and then when you do get a response, they go ahead and mess your order up even more.
TL;DR: overall parts have been good but customer service is bad. I have thousands of dollars invested in Synergy products for my Jeep Wrangler JLU - tie rod, drag link, front/rear track bars, sway bar ends, steering stabilizer relocation kit, sector shaft brace, etc. Everything except one part has held up without a problem. The screw on the track bar stabilizer stud for the relocation kit stripped out. It's a button head screw that uses an allen key/wrench. I don't leave reviews a lot, but Brendan at Synergy deserves the recognition. From the very beginning he was incredibly helpful. He quickly put together an express shipping quote for me, helped work through the payment with my Canadian billing address, and made sure I ordered the correct parts for my Jeep. It's becoming harder to find customer service like this these days. Brendan made the whole process easy and it gave me a lot of confidence in choosing Synergy. Just wanted to send a shout out to the customer service/sales and director of sales at Synergy. Jade and Oliver came through and took care of business, making everything right again. The one thing about a business is what to do when it counts, to stand by your products, and when you make a mistake, be a man about it (no offense Jade lol). Don’t order from them if you actually want to receive what you paid for in a timely manner. Ordered their quick release fire extinguisher mount on 4/23/25, their website showed it was in stock. On 5/8/25 I called them to check on the order as I still had not received an email letting me know it had shipped, they assured me it would ship “that week”. A few weeks go by and I forget about it, so I call them again today, 5/27/25. They tell me that not only has the mount not shipped, but they are on backorder with an eta of somet... read more
