My community Eagle Trace uses Synergy. Initially they were great. Now they rush through. Violate terms of contract. Damage my property and don’t repair it and worst of all they use the bushes just behind my home as their personal bathroom. Not my first choice for landscapers!
Apartment complexes like Garden Grove only use this company because they cheap!! Don’t bother wash your car, because this company will make sure your car is covered with dirt and leaves regularly.
I live in a complex that uses Synergylandscapes for landscaping services. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that their maintenance approach could be improved. Rather than collecting debris, they often just blow sand and leaves around, which ends up back in the yard or parking lot due to wind. A more effective method would be to rake and collect the debris to prevent it from being redistributed. I hope they consider adjusting their practices for better long-term results.
