I bought chicken flavor hairball remedy for my cat. Some of it spilled on her chin. After I had finished dosing her, she washed herself all over with her tongue. To my surprise, her fur was matted severely. I was unsuccessful in wiping the fur, so I had to give her a shampoo. Even after washing and drying, she's still a little matted 24 hours later. The product needs,to be more water soluble and washable. I have a very unhappy kitty!
