I saw Dr. Alex for my visit yesterday and I think it went very well. He was quite thorough in the evaluation and spent a lot of time with me. We also had two residents with us, so I felt good about seeing him in this teaching role. He really addressed my problems with morning headaches and has suggested some important changes in my medications and therapies. Everyone at Synergy is great. First off , they are quite punctual, which is much appreciated. The receptionist and nurses are very friendly and knowledgeable. The nurses take their time and are thoughtful in their initial assessments. Dr. Alex is very intentional in understanding your situation and evaluating your overall health and any other therapies that might be impacting your headaches. Dr. Alexander Feoktistov was able to get my migraines under control with a combination of medication, supplements and lifestyle changes. He is extremely knowledgeable, provides clear explanations, and office staff is very friendly and helpful.
I was very satisfied with the visit. Dr Feoktistov paid a lot of attention to the history of my medical issue and the details I shared. He checked the results of previously conducted tests. He analyzed the aggregated information to define diagnosis and then suggested available treatment options. The doctor offered his support and services in case of any urgent matters or inquiries. I left the office with a high level of confidence that I have a right person/doctor to handle my issue.
