What a disappointment! Contact them and another AC company for an estimate at my house. A young man showed up and promised me it will take 2 days to replace my current AC with a new one, He asked for a deposit which i gave him. After 2 days I contact him to ask about the work and he kept telling to call his office. The lady at the office was very rude, each time I tried to ask something she kept interrupting me saying "we will contact you, don't call us anymore". meanwhile I was at home without a working AC. great company , great service, they know what they doing. and the prices on spot.
Sadly they cannot provide service if you have a 2nd story central AC unit. If only they made ladders that high....
