We have had the worst experiences with this company. The caregivers have been great, but the office staff have been difficult to work with. They will say the client needs come first. It has not been the case with us. We have had conflicting information given every step of the way! When you need caregivers for some you love, you need to trust the people and organization they work for. This has not been our experience. I shouldn't have to chaste a adult on how to their job.
