My brother and I learned that our sister, who was sick and lived alone, was in a medically unsafe situation in her home. We were directed to Synergy as a good resource. I called them before flying to Bluffton and they agreed to meet me at her house to assess her situation. When we got there, Bob and Melissa called an ambulance and drove me to the hospital, where they waited until she was stable.They set up 24 hour care givers for the following day and had necessary medical equipment sent over as well. Ted made a quick assessment of my mother. He then kept her busy with games, walks and downtime. My mom had a great day and we were able to go out and feel confident she was in good hands. I highly recommend Synergy.

I really highly recommend Synergy. This is a company that we can trust. The caregivers are passionate with what they do, on time, and very helpful. The staff is always there when we need them. We view Synergy staff as family not just workers.

Synergy Home Care was there when we needed them! Following a mild stroke, a close friend was discharged home only to find his ability to be fully independent seriously challenged. Synergy and their Care Team were there to help. From understanding the challenges, to offering suggestions and resources which have allowed my friend to be as independent as he can, while providing onsite home care support for such things as reminders, grocery shopping, driving to appointments and general everyday help.
