Synergy Home Care arranged for my transportation to and from an outpatient facility for my colonoscopy procedure. Kristie sent me forms to fill out and arranged for a driver. Dawn arrived on time and stayed during my procedure. The experience with Kristie and Dawn was a professional and friendly experience. I highly recommend Synergy for your home care needs.

The visits that my husband has had with Ted at Synergy have been extremely satisfying. My husband, also Ted, has enjoyed the activities and lunch outings. I find that since we have begun with Synergy that my Ted has been much more engaging at home and with our friends when we go out. The goal has been to provide a better life for Ted as we face dementia day to day. And for me, I have zero concern of his safety and knowing that he is enjoying himself, is a true relief for me. Highly recommend this professional group.

We needed someone to stay with Mom overnights and to help her with normal daily tasks. The Synergy folks responded quickly, assessed our needs and arranged a schedule of caregivers to start immediately! Soon we had to move to 24/7 care and Mark and team were right there to help. They work very hard in a challenging scheduling environment and never left us without the support we needed. I recommend the Synergy team very highly.

Superior service! Called Synergy from Michigan on a Saturday evening re a medical emergency that required 24/7 care ASAP for my brother’s spouse, so that he could safely call 911 for himself. Was quickly connected to owner, Mark, who promised to start care the following day. Incredibly, the first caregiver arrived mid-day Sunday, which quite literally may have saved my brother’s life, as he was transported to hospital by ambulance and received emergency pacemaker implant. Synergy has the most professional staff and excellent caregivers. We only had one caregiver that we asked not to return. No problem and they replaced with a wonderful caregiver. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Top-notch! Alisha was my favorite but there were others just as good. You will not be disappointed! I have had other caregivers throughout the years, but this IS THE BEST agency in this area! I give it a 10 thumbs up!
