I would never recommend this mortgage company! I was on the other side of things, I accept an offer with a preapproval from this company. We had a 7 week escrow!!!! The loan officer told her clients they were good to go for a down payment assistant program, 9 days before original escrow date they were informed they weren’t eligible for the program. I ended up having to give them $5k in credit towards closing to help them! I was told we were good to go on the original close date.. nope 2 days before closing we got an email th... read more
